It is straightforward to use:

• Select your desired level of doneness and input the thickness or weight. The app will then provide you with the recommended cooking time and temperature.

All our recommended times and temperatures have been validated by our team of human cooks and are not solely generated by a machine.

As new entries are added to the database, the Sous Vide Unlimited app automatically updates, ensuring a continuous expansion of available cuts.
